Here at PoCoMo, we pride ourselves on "knowing the street". and staying current. Our programs and presentations are a reflection of the knowledge gained through our interactions with youth, professionals, community, current research, and our own data collecting. Our programs and presentations are innovative, real, out-of-the-box, educational and offer current valuable information. 

 

Many youth today seek out non traditional programs that are innovative, progressive, different, and engaging. PoCoMo prides itself on the development and implementation of innovative programs that are real, engaging, diverse, flexible and successful.

 

We invite you to check out our award-winning primary program Project Reach Out, as well as our successful school and after-school programs.

 

Each program and presentation is unique in nature and offers valuable educational opportunities for youth, professionals, and community.

Primary Program

• Project Reach Out:

A multi-service mobile drop-in centre & outreach program bringing services to where youth are at. Project Reach Out is the first of its kind in Canada.

PoCoMo's school program is offered throughout the lower mainland. There is small fee for our school programs
