We "Meet Youth Where They Are". Through our award-winning mobile outreach program, Project Reach Out, we bring support and services to youth aged 12-18 who are hanging out on the streets after-hours on weekend evenings. PRO is often the first point of contact for many youth and serves as a safe haven. We listen; comfort; help; and support them with their choice to change their present circumstances while helping them heal from current and past traumas.We REACH OUT to youth by making ALL our servies/prorams outreach specific...outside of traditional hours. We take the services to the street, classrooms, and to individual youth through our Individual Case Management program. PoCoMo relies solely on grants, fundraising and donations to provide support and services to over 2000 young people each year. To find out what you can do to help, click here.
