Providing love and hope to street involved at-risk youth.
We "Meet Youth Where They Are". Through our award-winning mobile outreach program, Project Reach Out, we serve youth aged 12-18 who are hanging out on the streets after-hours on weekend evenings. Many youth we encounter are dealing with drug use, emotional and/or sexual abuse, violence, exploitation, forced from their homes or those who are struggling with life choices. We listen to their problems; comfort them in times of struggles; help them get support they need; give them food and clothing and support them in their choice to change their present circumstances while helping them heal from current and past traumas. PoCoMo relies solely on grants, fundraising and donations to provide support and services to over 2000 young people each year. To find out what you can do to help, click here.
